Builders and remodelers from within the state of Colorado may enroll in the BUILT GREEN COLORADO program on an annual basis. Having joined the program, the builder enrolls individual homes to receive the BUILT GREEN designation. Each enrolled home must meet the criteria as set forth in the Checklist. Because not every home an enrolled builder builds must be entered in the program, be sure to look for the BUILT GREEN designation.
